QR Code Images to CSV: Batch Scanner

Convert up to 50 QR code images into a CSV of filenames, types and decoded links or text. Process locally, review failed files, and open the CSV in Excel.

From QR images to a checked spreadsheet list

Start with screenshots or saved QR images. The output is a CSV list of decoded values, not a set of newly generated QR images. Review each source and the failed-file list before exporting.

Choose the image-to-CSV workflow

Use this page when you already have QR images and need their links or text in a table. Select the image files below; the scanner extracts one QR code from each image. CSV is the output, not the input.

Prepare one code per image

Up to 50 images per batch, 10 MB per image and 100 MB total. Crop a picture containing several codes into separate images and keep each clear border.

Extract links and text together

Select or drop multiple images. Successful records show the source, content type and decoded value. Decoding reads the encoded data; it does not check whether a destination is still online.

Open the CSV in Excel or another spreadsheet app

Choose Export CSV after decoding. The file has Source, Type and Decoded content columns. Import it as UTF-8 text/CSV in Excel and keep QR values as text when necessary. Direct XLSX export is not available.

Review partial failures

CSV includes successful records only. Compare the count with your source images, replace blurry originals and retry the unread files. An unread image is not an empty code.

Check unfamiliar links first

Read the domain and content before opening. The scanner does not automatically visit decoded destinations.

Save before leaving

Processing stays in this browser and requires no account. Refreshing or closing the page may clear your list; download it first.

Illustrative output, not a customer record. Export includes successful rows only. QR content and filenames stay in this browser for decoding and export; save the CSV before leaving.

Frequently asked questions

How do I turn QR code images into a CSV?

Select or drop the image files, review the decoded rows and failed images, then choose Export CSV. Each successful result becomes a row with its source filename, content type and decoded value.

Can I export QR results to Excel?

Export CSV, open or import it in Excel, then save as XLSX. Direct XLSX export is not available.

Can it read several codes in one image?

It reads one code per image. Crop separate codes into individual pictures while preserving their borders.

Does it only extract URLs?

It also reads text, Wi-Fi and contact payloads. App-specific links are displayed as encoded and may not open in a web browser.

Are failed files included in CSV?

CSV contains successful records. Failed images are listed separately for retry; check the counts.
